It makes sense that the Boardroom is named after Gerard Kerkum. Kerkum played with Feyenoord more than ten seasons and was also chairman after his sports career. Its high-powered look is reflected in the room, which can accommodate up to 225 people. The robust wooden table offers seating for 12 people and the space also has a beautiful wine bar. The Boardroom is equipped with seven television screens and can be completely darkened, if desired. In addition to the competition days, this space can be rented as an exclusive dining or drinks venue.

Thanks to its warm tones and modern decor, the Boardroom is a popular venue for events in Rotterdam. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large group, this space can accommodate any number of people. Customisation

This space can be provided with custom decoration to inspire your colleagues and/or guests even more. Also not unimportant: the room is equipped with free WiFi and is accessible to people with disabilities. The natural light on one side of the room keeps the group focused. The stadium can be reached easily via the A16 motorway or by public transport. Guests can bypass long and narrow access roads and don’t have to worry about lack of parking space at the conference venue. De Kuip has 1,000 free parking spaces at the door - a luxury in a crowded city like Rotterdam.

Kerkum was a Feyenoord player through and through, from a very young age. That was evident from his unbridled dedication to Feyenoord as a player and a board member. In 2015, the Boardroom was named after him. Of course, as a club man, it made him very proud.
