How to get to the stadium

Great you are planning on visiting De Kuip! On this page you can read how to reach our stadium by bicyclepublic transport or car.

  Bicycle

Would you like to avoid the crowds as much as possible? Take the bike to the stadium! You can park it next to our ticket offices (at Olympiaweg 50, Rotterdam). We have space for over 600 bikes.

 Public transport

Please keep in mind that traffic around the stadium on event days is extremely busy. We strongly recommend you travel to the stadium using public transport. Travel by tram

There is a tram stop in front of Feyenoord Stadium De Kuip. The name of the stop is Stadion Feijenoord.

  • From Rotterdam Central Station take tram 23 (direction Beverwaard) and exit at Stadion Feijenoord. On matchdays you can also take tram 12 (direction Beverwaard).
  • From train station Lombardijen take tram 2 (direction Charlois) or tram 20 (direction Centraal Station) and exit at Breeplein. From here it’s a 5-minute walk via Breeweg over the stadium viaduct.

 
If you are travelling on matchdays the tram is free of charge 3 hours before kick-off until 3 hours after the final whistle, by showing your valid matchday ticket. If you travel on other days, you will need to buy a ticket.

Travel by train

There is a train station at Feyenoord Stadium De Kuip. The name of the station is Rotterdam Stadion. The train will only stop at this station on matchdays and for other big events. Please note that only Sprinter trains stop at Rotterdam Stadion. 
There are two other train stations conveniently located 15 minutes’ walk from De Kuip: Rotterdam Zuid and Rotterdam Lombardijen. These train stations run regularly on matchdays and non-matchdays.

Travel by bus

If you are coming from Rotterdam Zuidplein travelling by bus is a good option. The closest bus stop to the stadium is Breeplein.

  • From Zuidplein take bus 77 (direction SS Rotterdam) and exit at Breeplein. From there it’s a 5-minute walk via Breeweg over the stadium viaduct.

 
If you are travelling on matchdays the bus is free of charge 3 hours before kick-off until 3 hours after the final whistle, by showing your valid matchday ticket. If you travel on other days, you will need to buy a ticket.

Travel by metro

If you are travelling on the Rotterdam Metro, you will have to change to a tram at metro stop Wilhelminaplein to reach Feyenoord Stadium De Kuip.

  • Take line D (direction Rotterdam Central Station) or line E (direction Den Haag). Exit at the metro stop Wilhelminaplein and change to tram 23 (direction Beverwaard). Exit at Stadion Feijenoord. On matchdays you can also take tram 12 (direction Beverwaard).

Travel by water taxi

Would you like to make your journey to Feyenoord Stadium De Kuip something special? Travel by water taxi! There is a water taxi dock 5 minutes’ walk from De Kuip. The name of the dock is Stadion Feyenoord (number 10). There are several departure docks in Rotterdam.

 Car

De Kuip is easily accessible by car on non-match days. You can park free of charge in front of the stadium, in the car parkP2, P3 or P4. These car parks are indicated on all traffic signs near De Kuip.

Parking P5G Parking P5C Parking facilities for the disabled

There are a number of parking spaces for the disabled under the De Kuip Maas building. You have access to these car parks with a valid national disabled parking card. Follow the route in the direction of P2, which is indicated on the traffic signs near De Kuip.

During competitions and concerts, there is an adapted parking policy for the disabled. See on this page what the parking policy is for each event.
